BoosterNest guarantees that orders will be packed with reasonable care and will match the product, quantity, language, edition, condition, and preorder status stated on the product page. Sealed trading-card products do not include a BoosterNest guarantee for specific card pulls, print variations, grading outcomes, or aftermarket value.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. Manufacturer warranties, when available, remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
